Black= dense, other, or the strength of void
White=transcendence, elusive or other worldly strength
Yellow=brightest, happy, or strength of earthly divine radiance
Red= aggressive, passionate, or grounding strength
Blue=communication, expanse, or connective strength
each color represents 'strengths' to me just depends which take on strength you prefer....

I'm guessing the strongest color would be the one that represents strength, unless you're talking first about comparison, then strength as a quality
If that's so, the strongest out of the list provided would probably be black, because it can eventually block out all colors both on paper and life
Among the 6 hues, the color WHITE would represent strength, because it represents a clean page to start over on...though for some, that itself can be a weakness
EDIT
i'm seeing a lot of people saying "red," and I get why, so I guess that could also be a representation for strength, however, again for some, it would be a weakness because along wtih "passion" and "blood from the heart" it could translate into "arrogance & ignorance" and "a pierced heart"

Before I saw your details, as an artist/painter on hiatus, technically, the PRIMARIES--yellow, red or blue. In that sense, Zelda was 100% correct.
There is a lot of misconception about black & white.
Black is NO colour, white is ALL colour. (White, "diffused" by being a mixture of all colour would hardly be considered to have strength.) Sorry, but as an artist, I feel compelled to get this straight!
I believe what "represents" strength is very subjective. I would choose blue. It has always represented to me: Energy, wisdom, mystery, & spirituality. Vaughn William's Symfonia Antarctica--the magic, cerulean blue deep in icebergs for example. The indigo sky late evening......
(If anyone gets thumbs down, it isn't me. I don't believe that feature has ever had any usefulness.)
Edit: I knew Zelda was right, but the link is wonderful. Don't miss it.

The hue that represents strength for me is black or maybe red. Fascinating question. Are you the one that asked a question similar to this about what color you write with that I also answered a while back?

They are all strong neither is stronger as each one has a different strength and representation. However, for myself personally All represent strength:
white -purity and honesty
black - space, distance and deep emotions
brown - earth, calm, reflection
yellow - the sun, happiness
red - bold, fire and passion
blue - the sea, the sky calm and content.
All have their strengths just in different ways.
without any of these or even with one less the world would be less colorful coming from an artist poit of view.

A color as a symbol? I don't get it.
Color is just light. Light produces heat. If you consider that our sun produces a great deal of heat and powers our planet and gives life to us all...then I suppose light does indeed have strength. But how then can we single out one color amongst them all? Perhaps I could grab a prism and observe the colors of the rainbow for myself. After that I might project certain colors on various objects and see if they have any kind of impact. If any of the colors you mentioned above seemed to produce a sign of strength in any way, then I might have to lean towards the possibility that one color might indeed have strength. How does one measure strength anyway? But wait, Is black even a color? How about white for that matter? Ooo! Its like grade school science class all over again!
But hold on, I'm getting ahead of myself. You didn't say HAS strength. You said, "represent"s strength.
I don't get it.

I would say that Red, White and Blue, are the strongest, and the one that represent Strength, would be, the White.

Scientifically anyway, it's blue because the wavelength is the shortest of all those colors and shorter wavelength means it has more energy. If you have any blue Christmas blubs, you might have noticed that they burn out quicker.
Also, the SKY is blue, and it is very strong. I't color is dues to something called "Rayleigh scattering". The shorter blue light is absorbed by gas molecules, then scattered in different directions.
