Hi - welcome back
To be truthful - though i believe in God I don't ask for stuff cause I reckon that's rude. So when it hits I turn to myself and my family and some key friends if necessary.
Also I may actually look to acquaintances for an unbiased view on my situation - if it's particularly vexed. But that may just be my strangeness.
You need only be strong and hold on - remember that you are precious and that eventually all hurt will dim.

I don't believe in God, so I don't do the whole praying thing.
My sister helps me a lot when I am down, but nowadays I can't really put that pressure onto her. I want her to live her life without having to worry about me.

this may seem silly. but, my dogs are the only one's i trust completely. sometimes i think they know what's going through my mind because they will come up to me and just want to be around me. i know that they need me. so, that helps.
