Heather Locklear, and I need to explain.....way back in the day, she was the guest celebrity for an ill-fated summertime event in The Flats in Cleveland.
The opening evening included a parade of boats on the Cuyahoga River and she was in the one leader this floating parade. At some point she was struck in the face by a beer bottle thrown by some idiot who was watching the parade.
The entire event was revamped due to underage drinking, fights and other mayhem.
A few years after she was assaulted, I tipped off an editor at the newspaper I was working at about the incident, since he was interviewing her about an upcoming TV series. He was skeptical, saved it until the last question....and.......
.........she acknowledged it happened -though downplaying it -and that she had a small scar from the incident, though it can not really be seen.
Her career is her looks and that one incident could have destroyed everything. That she didn't have plastic surgery to cover up even this small scar says something about her confidence and strength.
Heather Locklear wins based on her courage alone.

I'm a woman, so I really don't care. Because you asked for opinions, Heather Locklear by a landslide. Pamela Anderson has several tatoos, and, though I could see having SOME if a woman wanted them, her chains on her arms don't look feminine to me.

Well Pam has been used up she's as dry as a wish bone. Heather is gross. Both of them are horrible why ask this? By the way any women with boobs like pams who actually payed for them should shoot the doctor who did it then themselves.
