You know what happens now when little boys act like little boys? Their parents give them Ritalin. I suppose if a little girl was playing with a G.I. Joe doll, her parents would take her to a psychoanalyst.
As Faith McDonnell, Religious Liberty Director at the Institute for Religion and Democracy (IRD), recently warned, “Too often in this post-9/11 world, human rights and religious freedom are sacrificed on the altar of political correctness, diplomacy and oversensitivity masquerading as tolerance.” Tolerance of that sort, we’re reminded, only breeds contempt.
Due to the dictates of Political Correctness (PC), we have to go through the charade of having cane-dependent Grandma Sally from Des Moines searched at the airport, instead of 25 year-old swarthy Abdul.
We can't tell jokes without (gasp!) offending someone. C'mon, let's face it. A joke is only truly funny if there is an element of truth in it.
Finally, we have a comedienne like Carlos Mencia who playfully insults EVERYONE. We need that kind of refreshing honesty. If you are a legitimate target of a joke, he doesn't hide behind PC dictates. He lets you have it!
Isn't it great we finally have shows like South Park that will lampoon the incredible hypocrisy of PC behavior?

those "comments" are constantly surfacing and that i ask your self the place the papers get their documents from. that's totally such as one interior the united kingdom some weeks returned the place it became suggested that workers have been demanding to submit decorations for concern of offending ethnic/religious minorities etc. on the time that became placed right down to a central authority "think of tank". I do keep in mind my daughter working out of Santa's grotto 7 or 8 years returned and refusing to bypass everywhere close to. the belief of a three year previous associating ho-ho-ho with something different than a (pretend) snigger is fairly frankly ridiculous. The ordinary element is that there are under no circumstances any names in the back of those comments and that i oftentimes contemplate whether there is a few schedule on the government/opposition's area to get human beings conversing approximately an irrelevant subject truly than extra significant matters. I also have a dislike of the orgy of greed and gluttony that Christmas has grow to be and if "they" wanted to do something truly constructive, i does not merchandise if shops have been advised they could not inventory the stuff or submit a grotto previously creation. Outlaw human beings lighting fixtures up the front of their abode like a soccer stadium? positive by potential of me. stop human beings blasting tens of millions of pounds well worth of gunpowder into the air on NYE? I won't bat an eyelid (exceedingly as i'm now in basic terms meant to smoke my pipe in a cabinet below the stairs). Frankly although i'm particular there are extra significant themes for even the main trivial of tabloids to rfile, regardless of regards to Christmas, and could't help yet contemplate whether there is not some hidden schedule right here.

I would say the minute you allow Girls in the Boy Scouts, and Boys on the Girls Volleyball team, that you have went too far. I would say that when you call The Pledge a prayer because it has God in it, you went too far. Now, we have to say people of color, when their skin color is somehow offensive we went too far.

I think your children should do whatever makes them happy.
So if your son wants to have a tea party with his dolls, then it is up to him.
If your daughter wants to play tackle football with the boys then it is up to her.

it goes both ways... people need to just get over it when someone calls them a name or a stereotype or something... but at the same time if you don't pressure people to change their ignorant ways will they (or their prodigies) ever change?... you could jump further into this debate by asking why should anyone care if they change... and my answer to that would be that in the long run it's best for the nation.
so... both sides are right... but take themselves way too seriously.... in my personal opinion.
