1. Well, the Northside is practically ghetto.
2. The Southside and East Arlington are nice and predominately white but there is HEAVY traffic and will be even more because the area is growing.
3. Arlington is a nice neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown.

South side around where 9A and Jay Turner Butler Blvd (JTB) meet. Also around UNF there are a lot of nice houses. All Depends on where you want to live because the north side has a lot of nice property.
