This is a pipe dream. Only on late night infomercials.

These don't exist.

I know there are a bunch of late night programs promoting purchasing foreclosures and tax lien sale property for pennies on the dollar. It just doesn't happen.

There's basically no such thing. Any property you could buy for a "few hundred" would only be worth the land underneath it. You'd have to pull it down.
