I ask God for His help. I certainly can't deal with it alone. My favorite scriptures are - What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, WHO can be against us? - Romans 8:31. hmmm well not so well this morning i tried to post a question , kept sying on break so i kept submitting and now it is on the 3 times grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...okay i adapted 3x's more chance for someone to get the best answer i guess *

I don't...I have mini panic attacks and start spewing gutter language in my head.
Then I go home and try to work through my frustrations before the next day comes..

I try and keep a positive attitude, but it doesn`t work all the time.

As well as I can... I do try.
You gotta always deal with things as they come and as best you can, even if your freaking out and have anxiety inside, you always gotta keep control and do what you think is right.

well,it depends....if it's really difficult i get all upset and think stupid things,then i calm down and try to think things out rationally!
