I don't mind getting violation notices or thumbs down.
What irritates me the most is giving a really witty answer to a question and then finding out that is posted on page 2 cause so many people gave a quick answer before me!

People who see Y!A as a game that u have to win and not a enriching online community of people with feelings.
Also, we need a REAL reporting system with REAL mods!!
