Crabby, this is the first I've heard of it.

Anne is going through menopause I think ( or something hormonal - she appears constantly , well bitc*y)
it makes us women a little testy especially those that are kind of special to start with ( like myself)
But from that transcript it looks like Deuscht was the one that brought up the whole country being all Christians-
Anne just agreed that the world would be a better place
Well- everybody would share the same belief- there would be one less thing to argue about
But it wouldn't leave a lot of room for growth or exchange of new ideas.
Kind of weird to think that it would make the world a better place tho

I'm not surprised at anything Ann Coulter says anymore. She will say anything for attention. She makes all Christians look bad. What's scary is some conservatives believe her and believe the same way she does. Thankfully that number is a small and dwindling number.

Her statement was loving in the true sense of the word. There is no other name [Jesus Christ] under Heaven given among men whereby we may be saved. She believes (correctly) that anyone not a Christian cannot be saved from hell and her compassion is shown by her stating this politically incorrect fact. How can it be a hate crime to point this out. She does not hate Jews but, loving them, she wants them to perfect [complete] their Judaism.

I will talk to my rabbi about her this Saturday.

She did spark a conversation. I happen to think she is having fun and people need to take what she says with a grain of salt.

Considering what others have been saying about Jews she is mild.

I am more worried about those who want to wipe Jews off the face of the map first before I get down to people like Ann.

HOLY CRAP! I can't believe she said that! Even as a Christian I am offended by that....People have the right to have a relationship with God/Allah/Buddha,etc. in any way they choose, the diversity of that topic IS NOT the reason for our country's problems and to imply so is ignorant and close-minded. Its people like her that give Christians a bad name. Whether its just a publicity stunt or not, its still just insulting and preposterous.

you assert, and that i quote, "It became all tremendously obtrusive to us". are you able to outline the be conscious "us" please ? Do you advise the Ann Coulter followers, the terrific suited-wing Republicans, the uneducated, the "i think something I pay attention" human beings ? when you consider that while is Ann Coulter a source of valid suggestion ? the only element she says, that i like, is "thank you and powerful night". She is almost a renowned-day Archie Bunker - and he or she is probable your idol. unhappy, very unhappy.

Ann Coulter is a fool. I don't think anyone in the world likes her. If we just stop thinking about her she will go away.

Not that I disagree with you--but this is not new. Coulter and the religious right have been saying that. You didn't think their facad of bein gpro-Israel was anything but convenient ploy, did you. They are intolerant of ANY person who doesn't conform to their religious dogma. Muslims, Jews, mainstream Christians--it doesn't matter to them. They are just as anti-Smemitic as they ever were.

People like Coulter give Christianity a bad rep.

Perhaps she, who is Christian in name only, has no room to talk. She needs to act like a Christian before advocating Christianity for everyone. If she is an example of what a Christian is, it is no wonder we don't have non-Christians flocking to become Christians. No wonder the Christian church is losing members.
