Read his words carefully and digest them. This is precisely what we as Americans MUST do to survive.
A house divided will not stand.

"I Do Not Belong To Al-Qaeda... But We Share A Common Goal"

Sheikh Hassan Al-Harsi: "I am not a terrorist. It is the Americans, Bush, and his army who are the terrorists. They are annihilating the peoples of Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Lebanon, and Palestine. The terrorists are the infidels, led by Bush. We are reformers, not terrorists. I am one of the mujahid sheikhs. My affiliation with Al-Qaeda is like my affiliation with Hamas, the Islamic Jihad, and the mujahideen in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kashmir. The mujahideen support one another, and the infidels also support one another. The mujahideen are our brothers. Allah said: 'The believers are but brethren.' From this perspective, I am a member of Al-Qaeda, and it is part of me. In short, I do not belong to Al-Qaeda as an organization, but we share a common goal – jihad against the enemies."

Daughter Of A King - Please for the love of Pete re-read it. I don't agree with what he says other than the fact that they are united under the same banner. As should we. The banner of acknowledgement of the threat they pose and the fact that we must face them and win.

Good post but I'm afraid posters on YA either don't care, or it will go above their head.
The first thing they'll see is Bush is a terrorist and that will be the end of debate.

EDIT: Well, from reading the posts it seems it went right over many heads.
Hint for the few that think this man is not main-stream Islam.
Mohammed created Islam with violence, taught Islam with violence and intends for it to be victorious through violence. Please educate yourself.

I don't see a whole lot different than what he is saying and the DNC is saying about this war on Muslim terrorists.

The DNC doesn't want to deal with them they want to run away in hopes they leave us alone.

Bush free the people of Iraq.

Now liberals want to turn them over to people who consider women less than man.

Well, your commen/question totally misses the point - Muslims AREN'T monolithic or united in their thoughts or leanings.

And who appointed this guy as a spokesperson for "all or most" Muslims? To take his words at face value is pretty silly.
