Submit a FAFSA (Free Application For Federal Student Aid). You can do it on-line.

You could qualify for the Pell Grant. It's based on your income.
I haven't paid a dime for my College Classes and I have been going to school for close to 4 years. Most of the time I have a lot of money left over after I pay for my books too.
I don't go to an expensive college though, and I don't live on Campus.

Rich parents, scholarships and in graduate school apply to be a Teaching or Research Assistant that will pay your tuition and a salary.
