i need to install usb adsl, what to do for it?

Locate all items in box with modem, these include
MODEM
Powersupply (maybe, as could be USB powered)
USB cable to connect to PC
CD ROM with software and manuals
Quick start guide

Read "quick start guide"
insert CD, allow the installer to run
Install the software, connecting modem ONLY when prompted

if the modem is usb, then it most likely came with a cd, the drivers will probably be on that cd.

It will give you very simple step by step procedures to install it for you =)
