It's in this book,

or you could make your own.
Just do pretty quilt with applique hearts, and leave one off, and paint the words with fabric paint or embroidery.

Look at some of the free pattern sources on the internet. There are many but better yet make up your own quilt. you described it well. Pick a size block 10 in or 12 in blocks make it easy to get a quilt done quickly. design a simple heart block maybe one heart appliqued in each block in different fabrics in same color tone or if you make the heart block more complicated alternate it with a simpler block or even just a square of a fabric with hearts in it . So that every other one is the applique heart and the others are the heart fabric. then just omit one applique heart and maybe put a little message on that block like where is my heart? My heart has been stolen etc. Doing something like this will be much more personal and special than any pattern. If you need help with figuring out dimensions go to your local quilt shop and ask for help or call another quilter. Most quilters have resources for sizes and fabric needs for a quilt. Good luck!

Sorry I haven't seen this one, but Kacky is right. Buy pretty fabrics that you can cut up into squares and cut out and appliqué hearts (you can cut them freehand) and join the appliqued squares together, leaving one of them blank.
