I use to have three horses, but two of them were sold, so my third horse is very lonely. I have heard that miniature donkeys make great companions. I just need a fairly cheap sweet donkey.

I seen some here around the Wichita Falls, area! If you want, I can go look for them, and get a price, location, and fone # for you, but you'll have to e-mail me, I have no way of contacting you!

the only difficulty approximately getting a mini donkey - is a few horses will heavily freak out at donkeys, i've got seen some horses that may not pass everywhere close to a donkey and won't have them as a miles better half. If it replaced into me, i might get a small retired pony who needs a sturdy residing house as a miles better half, those will come lifeless low-priced and supply your new horse some organization yet in addition detect a house whilst they don't look to be sensible anymore. Miniature horses may be a soreness contained in the **** as an elementary better half, they are able to be very naughty and sophisticated to handle and are particularly some paintings for such small animals.

Great idea. Go to PetFinder.com and you may hookup with either freeby, low cost or even a rescue org. Many donkeys end up in rescue because people don't realize what they're getting into, they just see "CUTE" without realizing that its still an equine with equine needs. BLM has some sales in your part of the country. Also consider a mini horse or pony which has been outgrown by children riders. There are tons of those out there, sadly outgrown and now retired.
