I bank with Barclays and want an ISA. However, you have to apply in a bank and I can't be asked. Anyone know of a good ISA with online signup?

Really ??

Looks to me like you can apply and complete the forms 'on-line'. (after which they ask you to send any 'proof of identity' by post .. since you are already at Barclays they shouldn't need any proof)

Why not follow their web instructions ?

NB< The main advantage of having both ISA and Bank Account with the same people is that you can transfer money 'on-line' without the usual 3-5 day wait.

halifax online simple and easy to do, but will have to wait a few days to be set up. then you just set up a transfer order with your other account/bank.
