It is a crawling and creeping feeling in your legs. Also cramps, spasms and twitching. Mostly in your calves.

It can be caused by dehydration, too much caffeine, too much booze and a deficiency of potassium, calcium, magnesium or vitamin B6.

It most often happens in the calf but cam be in the hamstring too. It is caused by lactic acid in the muscle tissue. Deep massage immediately will get rid of it. So grab it and squeeze a lot for relief!

A charlie horse is a very painful short term
injury usually that happens to your leg.
What prompts it? Sudden twisting or movement of your leg, or someone knees you in your calf.
To relieve it just rub it or suck it up. It'll usually be gone in ten minutes or so.
