Because she seems fake, with a wig, and lip sync, and some people don't like her personality.

Hannah is OK not so good she is fake ,hate her wig &the way she speaks. Also the rest of the actors in the show overact very much so in totality hannah is hated

I think people are hating on Hannah is because she seems like she is changing her image to be like Britney or even Paris. She is starting to wear clothes and make up that is not suitable for her age. If she would only stay the way she was when the show started and be true to herself people would stop hating on her. It seems that young Hollywood girls always turn to the dark side. I think she was very sweet on Dancing With The Star singing with her dad. Only if she would always stay that way.
