If there was a special magic pill that would turn you from hetero to homo, would you take it? Why or why not? Exactly. So stop asking us!

To the fnho...I am a gay man, and am fed up of being asked if I would change if I had a choice. I have no choice! And the question posted before mine asked the opposite of my question.

Nope. Like you, I am happy the way I am. Like you I am well aware of the fact that there is nothing wrong with the way we are. So, I would not take a pill, or go to a "gay " camp, or have a bunch of idiots..., oops that wasn't nice, ... a bunch of well meaning (maybe) but terribley ill informed gay preachers put there hands on me an pray I'll leave my sinful hetero ways behind.

Of course I wouldn't expect any of my gay friends to put up with that silliness either.

Are you saying that you have a special magic pill that can do that and all the straights are telling you to take it?

That's weird. Hmm...I wonder why I didn't get the memo to tell you (and I assume 'us' means all of the homosexual community) to do that?

Stereotypes are interesting aren't they? Do you think that all straights are really that ignorant and hurtful? That is sad. Discrimination happens from every point of view, I guess.

What's even more sad is that some straight people are asking gay people to do this WITHOUT such a magic pill even being available!

well, it is interesting and a lot of gay ppl go through motions when they come out - especially if their families don't approve, they are afraid how their friends an co-workers will view them; straight people don't know how it feels, but we try to relate and emphasize so we ask the questions

Nope, I love making love to a woman too much. They're a lot softer, warmer, wetter, less hairy and smell better, too.
I've NEVER asked a homosexual if he/she would change. So don't go making ignorant blanket statements. GROW UP.

Here's to HETEROSEXUAL PRIDE! Join me in the STRAIGHT PRIDE PARADE coming soon to YOUR town.
Yeah, like that would be allowed to happen!

We are what ever we are,
We have to accept ourselves for what we are.

Even if others sometimes don't

in essence Be true to yourself!

But my friend try not let the homophobes get to you. Let them live in the darkages, someday they may join the rest of us in the light of the 21st century................Well they might, miracles sometimes do happen

I agree. I mean how many times can you be asked when did you "decide" to be Gay. I wish that some of them would just "think" before opening their mouths.
