Does anyone know what sauce the Cheesecake Factory uses on their Grilled Turkey Burger? My husband and I ate there when we went to Baltimore and I ordered the turkey burger. It was the best turkey burger I've had, next to my own of course. But they put a sauce on it & I can't think of what was in the sauce. Thanks!!!

yes, I know they are good but the secret to the burgers great flavor is not the sauce it is the meat which is a mixture of domesticated Yak and Mongolian black eyed squirrel meat. Having been a professional Yak hunter for the restaurant chain, I can tell you, that catching a wild Yak, is tough business, ESPECIALLY, in mating season. You have to sneak up on them carrying a black-eyed Mongolian squirrel. Wait until he mounts the female then just at the moment of highest arousal, dart from the bush that you were hiding behind and yell, "Gappa, Gappa, Gand" and then toss the squirrel onto him. He will usually faint and be out for a minimum of 5 minutes. Where he will then be safe to tie up and transport. Recapturing the squirrell should be east as well. Had to leave the circuit when they dropped the pay to .75 cents a yak and .5 cents a squirrel. Working conditions were AWFUL, tried to unionize, but there was too much opression. PLUS the job had very little future. Altough it WAS good for picking up chicks!!!
But ANYway, the burgers ARE GREAT!!!! There is something about those two combinations of meat that make for a very savory burger....
