Well, let's see... they've already done the Taco Burger thing years ago... it was called the BellBeefer for anyone that remembers!!
As for fries... I believe the Canadian Taco Bells sell fries with cheese on them if you want!!
They still sell the Taco Salad, duh???!!
When you go to a regular Mexican restaurant, what do most people order???
1. Taco's... Taco Bell has that covered!!
2. Burritos... yep, got them too...
3. Enchiladas... WELL... they have the Enchirito, BUT it's not the same as it used to be!!!
I would say come up with something more like the Enchilada!!!
Say, offer a choice of a Cheese and Onion, or chicken or steak Enchilada!!!
They need to come up with a "new" kind of shell for it though... Not just use that same ol' flour shell that they use for EVERYTHING these days!!!!

My favourite Taco Bell menu merchandise is the Double Decker Tacos. I in basic terms bypass to Taco Bell when I drop off issues on the Goodwill save or make a run to a particular shop in that area. i bypass as quickly as each 2 or 3 months.

ANYTHING that tastes like an authentic Mexican meal!!! I couldn't believe it when I read that Taco Bell is opening stands in Mexico! It's going to be a laughing joke. I'm sorry, but there's just no comparison with Taco Bell food. Get rid of the yellow cheese and bring in some real Mexican cheese.

Taco flavored french fries. They would be french fries with the taste of a taco. The ingredients would be the fries with the same meat seasonings they put on the ground beef. Yummy!

Pizza Taco (i make these at home they're actually kinda good)
it's basically just a tortilla, tomato sauce, and cheese + whatever else you want to add to it to customize.
then wrap it like a taco or burrito.
(would be good for large groups where some of em want pizza and the other half wants tacos...same place Taco Bell)

Actually I'd bring back the Chicken Fajita wrap -- they had it for a brief time 7-10 years ago I can't remember exactly.
It was a large flour tortilla, rice, grilled chicken, sauteed peppers and onions, salsa, cheese, and sour cream. It may have had guacamole too . . . I'd add it if it didn't.

Back in the day they had a chicken fajita burrito and it was awesome.. I wish they would bring that back
It had Chicken, Rice, Peppers, Onions & I think Sour Cream, Pico di Gallo and guac... Not sure though it's been at least 8 years.

Ummm pretty sure they have a taco salad. I would also make new nachos with steak, jalepeno sauce, chili, beans, sourcream, cheese etc....Or maybe they could sell fried icecream or choco tacos or flan or something sophapia (sp) with honey and cinnamon.

Taco burger, Ground meat with taco seasoning and cheese on a hamburger bun. They could also call it a Mexican sloppy Joe Or sloppy Jose.

Taco salad. Tortilla shell, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, ground beef, beans (not refried), jalapenos, shredded cheese, topped with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
