Cheep and Disney can not be used in the same sentence. You can get an all inclusive trip that is expensive or you can get a no frills trips that nickles and dimes you to death and ends up costing the same amount. Sorry that is not what you want to hear, but its what I have found out in three trips there.

The best time to go to Orlando and Disney World is the first week in December. It's cool, the crowds are minimal, and hotels will practically pay you to stay.
My husband and I went for a week at that time and it was lovely. We went to priceline.com and got a really nice hotel for next to nothing. You offer your own price and they will accept or deny. Trust me, start out low. We paid about $30 per night. It wasn't a junky place either, very nice.
Most hotels offer buses into the park, you save money on parking fees. The only downside is that you are on their schedule.
It was cool, the lines weren't long, and we saved a lot of money.
I don't know how long you want to stay, but find a hotel with a small fridge and bring along your own food. Most rooms have microwaves and with the endless amount of microwave foods you can do fairly nice dinners right in your hotel room. Take snacks, bottled water, juice boxes into the park to save on their outrageous prices.
If you have any questions feel free to email me.

We went to the one in Fla. We drove there and camped on the property at the Disney campground which was reasonable and super nice. Got multi-day tickets which were cheaper. Took snacks and water/juice in back packs. Ate breakfast and dinner at campgrounds and took advantage of all the free entertainment. Planned to only eat lunch in the parks and checked ahead of time for the most reasonable place. Gave the kids a set amount of money to buy souvenirs and refused to buy any extra.

a million) once you're making plans on going to a eating place on her birthday i might advise not in common terms making a reservation for that eating place earlier than time via additionally telling them you would be having a birthday woman on your celebration and then remind them returned once you get there. they could convey a birthday card, a loose sundae to your daughter. As for a birthday cake, each and all of the Disney eating places will make you one with a minimum of three days word and produce it out on the tip of the meal for an added $10 according to cake. additionally, at your hotel tell them approximately her birthday and that they could deliver you some thing particular to your room. As for some thing else particular you ought to do on her birthday, looking into the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique. 2) I unquestionably have stayed at their deluxe, moderates and values. I could say the deluxe lodges are alluring yet ANY Disney hotel you reside at would be sparkling, relaxing and on the fringe of each and all of the parks. The average lodges are a waste of money, the room are in common terms a touch larger than the value rooms (not great via the human eye) and their swimming pools are little extra useful themed. yet do not enable that deter you because of the fact maximum of their swimming pools with their waterslides, the waterslides are by no skill open and the motel grounds as so great, it extremely is a problematic walk to and from the nutrients courts and what not. by no skill stay at Coranado Springs, you have been warned. in case you may stay at a average motel i might advise Carribean sea coast. As for the values, they seem to be a fave of my relatives and our wallets. the final of their value's is Pop Century, it has its own bus device, the different values do not all of them share with one yet another. That hotel is extra recent and on the fringe of three of the 4 parks. 3) As for the meal plan, each and each individual's differs so i might call up 407-W-Disney and ask them earlier you're making your reservations.
