Personally, I'd take the shirt and shoes from the second outfit and put those with the pands of the first one. That would look really good. Not saying the outfits you have together don't look good though, it's all really cute. Hope I could help! ^_^

Depends where you're going. But, the first one looks better. The second one kinda didn't feel right to look at. Too busy an outfit. The first one is simple and goes nicely together and you look smart.

I like #2. I like The Fall colors. I think a Dark Denim or Orange skirt would look better. White is more or a summer color. It also depends on the event.
