Use a phone card. With a phone card you can make multiple calls over a long period of time becuase of how cheap the calls are.

TRY YAHOO MESSAGING. ITS FREE with video capability.. THEY HAVE INTERNET BASE CALLING (Voice over Internet) SYSTEM WHICH IS RELATIVELY CHEAP. I do it through Yahoo messaging though. If I don't wanna hear em, I just aim or text them. cool!!
