Favorite main dishes, desserts and beverages. Dress code? I hope not. Games? Cards? What will we have in our library? Please have a smokers section. I am struggling with quitting. Exercise? Bikes, walks, swimming? can't wait to see you all add your two cents worth. We are open to all suggestions.

Can we have snow capped mountains in the distance, with lovely flower filled valleys, pure spring waters flowing down below....love theme nights, a good hoe down, ye ha!!, Hawaiian nights,etc, lots of cocktails, horse riding, well, I can pretend I can still get on one...I will be joining you in the smokers section, will need a ciggy after all the exitement going on in this commune...oh, if any singles meet up and fall in love on the dance floor I can make the wedding cake...lol

Well, I don't smoke, play cards or drink but I enjoy reading and I have a lot of seeds I've collected from my garden and Lady G and I could beautify the grounds with lots of wild flowers and then we could soak in the hot tub after . I haven't been on a bike since I was 12 ,but would love to try again . I will bring enough ice-cream and cones for everyone. I make a good potato salad that is very popular in my neighbourhood.
We have to have a BBQ with lots of ribs and( oops I almost said the chicken word) steak. I enjoy just sitting and listening to the birds sing and the wind blowing through the trees.

I'll be in charge of the bar. Smoking permitted, spitting permitted, spittoons provided. Don't spit too much they only get cleaned when someone remembers what they are. Marked cards provided. Dance hall girls with walkers provided at no extra charge. If you see a bottle you want from the top shelf, you will have to loan me your stretch and grab thingy. All of the floor, all tables will be padded. All the chairs will be the help, I fell and can't get up kind. The double doors in the front will work with an electronic eye that stays on for several minutes for the slow pokes. We took out the stairs to the rooms where fooling around goes on and replaced them with escalators. Sorry, no naked woman picture over the bar, we also serve a free lunch and we don't need a bunch of old guys throwing up all over the place looking at the old naked lady over the bar. Drool cups provided when asked for. Chevy Chase will be the bouncer.

I love poetry and we seem to have others who do also. I'll have a coffee house where poets or singers or those who play instruments can show case their talents. We can work it in with the dance hall and all those wonderful types of music we enjoy. We must also have an endless supply of hot chocolate-my 1st love. lol I'll bake yummy cookies and tasty muffins.
For those long walks, we'll have a nice trail with beautiful wild plants and flowers growing along the way. We'll stroll through the woods to the clear, cool stream as all the little animals scamper about.

Okay, we can add my personal library to Lady G's and we would be well on our way to something for everyone. I have science fiction, true crime, mysteries, westerns, histories and war novels and a LOT of books about the native North Americans. Quite coincidentally I also have quite a few books on dragons....I can't imagine why?
I am a dab hand at sewing, and upholstery and drapery are two of my hobbies.
Unlike Goldwing I like my food. It is still a pleasure for me. And I am good at preparing it...good rib-sticking meals. Even healthy ones!
If I am going to be doing any ballroom dancing with Phil, though, I will need to undergo knee replacement surgery, and lose a few (quite a few) pounds. But afterwards...you would need to tie me up to keep me off the dance floor!
This place is sounding more marvelous by the suggestion!

As a dragon, you know what section I will spend time in: The smokers.

Ah swimming, I'm in....I would stay in the water all the time.
I also recommend fishing, snorkeling, blackjack, poker....My husband makes a mean smoked brisket. I make jalapeno stuffed shrimp....Oh, this could be so much fun:~) VO and Coke anyone!!
Let me know if you would like my recipe for jalapeno stuffed shrimp, the baste is marvelous
Oh I forgot one thing. My husband was voted best bartender in the Florida Keys. He makes all sorts of wonderful concoctions. Drinks that taste like a candy bar, but will knock you on your azz. They tend to sneak up on you:~_

I would bring a huge pot of my famous fartless navy bean soup with ham and a huge pan of corn bread with real butter to smother it with. For dessert a huge fresh peach cobbler and home made vanilla ice cream. We do need a smoking area and a bar and a big jacuzzi for the ol muscles sore from all the soaring above the clouds on dragons wings. No chicken soup please, the chooks will get upset.

DANCING: YES YES YES....accomplished ballroom dancer though how long I can survive without a short rest I don't know, as I haven't had the opportunity to partake of real dancing in quite awhile...;-)
