Why do you think people have to be so rude when commenting someone on the internet???

Yeah, what is UP with that? I hate when people leave rude comments on here. Its my #1 pet-peeve. What is their deal? I dont get them that often, but when I do they are pretty bad.
I recently had one woman that was SO rude that I emailed her back asking her what her problem was. Her comment was SO nasty my jaw was hanging on the floor. LOL!! The crazy thing was, she had miss-read my question, and did not understand what I was asking at ALL. She refused to retract her statement though. Oh well, thats her problem.
I really dont know why people do it. Probably becaus its the internet, so people really cant get back at them. Whatever it is, I really dont know where some of these people come up with the stuff they say. I couldnt be that rude if I tried.

Seriously, some people are just rude. The fact that they can hide behind their computer screen and not have to face any consequences only enhances this aspect for some people. Doesn't make it right, but the only thing you can do is ignore them. Rude people are not even worth bothering with. If the rest of us just left them alone and didn't acknowledge them, they'd go away.

They give rude comments because they are in a bad mood, or in their nature to do so.
Yes, I think it is wrong.
