i agree with canine....i don't think it was anything serious...she maybe did something like try and kiss him....or maybe she did something like take something that belonged to him without him knowing...it could be so silly while everyone may think its a big deal...however one thing is for sure sasuke had no part in wat happened because suigetsu says "she" did something to him...therefore we can cross off (making out, sleeping together, and any interaction that requires both to participate)...i agree i think it was maybe an attempted kiss....
or she could have performed an experiment on him without his permission because of orochimaru's orders...like trying to find out something about the sharingan...but im sure its nothing of a huge deal as many may put it to be....

I like your question there similiar to mine. As of right now Im looking into that I think its just a bluff though.

I agree with you, its purely to rattle Karin, because maybe suigetsu likes her. It could have been an attempted kiss but it is not known but maybe in the future suigetsu will be able to finish what he said.

I dont think, it was kiss.
First question: How could Suigetsu know about kiss? Who would tell him about such nonessential thing?
Second question: Sasuke was always with Orochimaru, when they were in South Tower. Then when had she occasion to kiss him?
I thimk, this "thing" is interrelated with some Orochimaru's experiments...maybe she gave him chakra, or taught him forbidden jutsu.

I think the girl did something bad like make Sasuke go to Oro., mess up his mind or something, or ..... turn Sasuke into EMO (JK JK JK about the emo part) (:3)
