I watched that show on MTV called Pageant Place last night, and it just got me wondering if this has happened or if it ever could happen.

Probably not. Their contracts tie them down for over a year in between, and those contracts can be lucrative and lead to better things for the winner.
If the girl is really that gung ho about winning every single title in the world, she would at the very least give 18 months in between joining events, or more..

Yes, it is possible, however, I have a better chance of being struck by lightning at Midnight on The Fourth of July while standing on one of many Beaches of the Hawaiian Islands during a Snowstorm.

it's possible, but the girl would have to be near perfect. nobody is even near perfect so i don't know. maybe one day. one day.
