I think you should get together with some friends and dress up as" Fruit and Veggies" As a dental health care provider I try and make Halloween a Holiday to encourage Healthy Snacking. They have some costumes where you could be a banana or an apple maybe a carrot or tomato?? If you go as a group you can make a statement that you are concerned about your health and would like to change your snacking to more healthy choices. Today we are all concerned with healthcare reform . Well good eating habits is a start. The Dole 5 A Day web site has names for all the different fruits and veggies. It may be fun and maybe someone out there may recognize your efforts.
