t=sqrt(2S/a)
a=F/m

I'm prespiring in anticipation of discovering an intellectual pitfall.

so finally
V=F/m sqrt(2Sm/F)
V=sqrt(2 S F/m)
V=sqrt(2 x 4.9 x 19.2/2.5)
V= 8.68 m/s
