The congressional page who is also known as "Xxxxxxxxx"
I have a few questions about him:

1. Why did he flirt with Foley and why was he attracted to him?
2. Do you think the boy enjoyed the sex talk?
3. How do you think the mom of the boy felt?

It seems kids (especially girls) are hypersexualized these days. And the Internet has made it easier to get in touch with others. Whoever made the first sexual overtures, when Foley found out the young man was underage, he should have said, "Call me when you're 18, okay?" He's the adult, he should have been responsible enough to refuse to engage in sexual banter with a teenager 1/3 his age.

I can't speculate how the boy or his mom would have felt. Maybe the kid thought it was fun or funny. And I imagine any parent would be worried if her child was having sexually explicit conversations with a much-older person, never mind the homosexual aspect of the situation.
