I did once with one guy, his Pokey was way to big for my hokey. I was sore for a week, but I took care of that Pokey

No to be honest I have no idea how to do it ^^;; I have a piss poor memory so I forget things fast but I know it is realitively easy to do so I do not think many people have unless there where doing it like all out of control or something and then they throw there back out XD or old people could

Even if this isn't a serious question I am answering it because I actually have hurt myself. LOL. When I twisted around at a wedding I tripped over a chair and fell on my butt. LOL
