First, make sure that the jack from the speakers is plugged in to the back of the computer.

Then look for a volume control on the right side of the monitor. Right side meaning when looking at the monitor. Usually, as you turn on the speakers there is a clicking sound and then the volume goes up.

Take care,
Troy

If you see a speaker icon at the bottom right of your monitor screen right click the select adjust audio properties,if no icon go to add new programs and add the speakers that way.. Did you have a cd with the monitor and or speakers? you may have to use that - I really tried to get details online but it is all a bit of a jumble so this is the best I can do. Hope some of it works for you.

I have just got a new monitor and there is a button at the front that says volume. If you don't see a volume button, you should have a menu button somewhere. But mine already had the volume turned on on mine, when i plugged it in.

Click on start, then control panel, then audio devices. There should be something on there to turn on your sound. Good luck.
