i have a problem in creating a new folder on desktop?

If you are creating a folder, open the area where you want to create it, then click on file, then new, then folder.

If what you are trying to achieve is just to get the folder icon to appear on the desktop, you just drag the folder ( once its been created ), onto the desktop.

What kind of problem do you have?plz be more specific. if you just do not know how to do it, here are the steps :-

1. Right click on a free area of your desktop
2. click on "New"
3. click on "Folder"

You just click on any blank part and you will get a choice of what to do. Choose new folder. It will be created and you click inside it to name it. Good luck

Right click on desktop, go to NEW then click on FOLDER
Type in name of your choice, then press ENTER
