No, those items are the property of the employer. There are about 4 states that require that the employer allow you to see your record.

Oh, yes. And my boss last year had us fill it out ourselves first, and then he went through it and put his 2 cents on it. It was a good review, but, wow, it's hard to rate yourself...

yep...they're a pain in the azz...ours is a 3 page questionnaire...you are suppose to build yourself up to be the best thing since slice bread....quite frankly it's all BS...they pretty much know what they are going to give you anyway....I don't worry about it too much ,I just come in and do my job...
