Because you said 'white house' instead of 'White House' (which is the name of the President's residence in Washington) then we can assume that you are describing a house with the adjective 'white' as opposed to stating a name, 'The White House'. So being as colours of red, white and blue are normally said in that order then it's got to be in the middle.
