Where in the Taming of the shrew is a scence that shows why the bad girl (Katherina) is what everyone want to see over the good girl (Bianca)?

I don't understand what you mean. Everyone wants Bianca over Kate. Petruchio want Kate for the dowry and the challenge of taming her (in my opinion). The only time I can see that anyone wants Kate over Bianca might be at the very end where the shrew is considered tamed in Act V scene ii.

At the very end of the play the husbands make a bet over which wife will come into the room when a messenger demands her presence. The bet is for a large sum of money. Bianca refuses, then the widow refuses, then Katherina comes immediately. Then they tell her to throw her favorite hat on the ground, so she obeys. Then they tell her to tell the other women why women should always obey their husbands. She does, in a very long speech that is famous. After this, the men seem to think Kate's "taming" is a miracle, and since Bianca makes fun of her husband in front of everyone "the more fool you, for laying on my duty" Kate is finally seen as the more "proper" woman.

Good things times have changed since then, eh?
