That is not normal at all. She needs to go see her pcp (primary physician) or go to an urgent care!

Doctors office. Go. Emergency Room. Go.

If she is bleeding a lot, that explains the lightheadedness. Don't give her anything, just go to the ER. Not doing so is stupid.

Well it sounds anything but normal to me so get her checked out right away.

Take her to the ER: She might have a concussion, and she does need stitches if it's not too late.
