The Bureau of Labor Statistics website has the great Occupational Handbook - it gives you information on salary, job growth, work environment, training, etc. so you can compare and contrast the careers you're interested it. Here are the pages for the careers you mentioned:

Registered Nurses:
http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos083.htm

Pharmacists:
http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos079.htm

Radiology Technologists and Technicians:

To answer your last question, I would probably pick between nursing and pharmacy. Pick the one that you think you'll be happiest with.

Good luck.

Pharmacy will pay the best for salary but classes are the most demanding. All of these require hours other than 9-5 due to the nature of medical work. I would chose pharmacist because a tech is a lower pay job and the nurses never get the respect from the doctors that they deserve. There will be continued demand for all medical jobs.
