And remember not to ask the same thing multiple times, as it gers quite annoying when you read the smae answer repeatedly I'm sure !

Have the computer setup so you can lookup and see a distance (such as out a window or sliding glass doors). That will help avoid glare on the screen, and keep your eyes from getting squinty.

If you were bifocal glasses, ask the glasses store for a pair of computer glasses. Otherwise you will find yourself leaving the computer after 1 or 2 hours. You can get cheap on-sale ugly frames since no one will see you anyway.

get a chair that is NOT too comfortable. Soft chairs will give you back problems. I use a kitchen chair

Every hour or so, stop and stretch. Get up and do some exercises even if its only 5 reps. Even if you have to set an alarm on the computer you should do this.

I love telecommute but Internet is fattening.
