Coffee pot on the go
Plenty desk space
Good lighting
minimal distractions
And remember not to ask the same thing multiple times, as it gers quite annoying when you read the smae answer repeatedly I'm sure !

Put aside a separate space in the house, not the same space you play games, watch TV, etc.
If other people are home, lock the door and/or tell them not to disturb you.
A friend of mine even goes so far as going out to Starbucks to get coffee, and when he walks back into the house, he's in the mindset he is coming into his office to work for the day.
