Yes Yes Yes! I believe we need more women like Oprah who don't care about "isms" or labels but to help UPLIFT women. Thank you for a great question, but I don't have much to add since you already said it :)

My congratulations to your wife, but to respond to your question, would you have expected a local major metropolitan magazine article with the top 20 men in business to have mentioned "men's issues?" If not, why the double standard?

I think sometimes it is appropriate, and sometimes it would be totally out of context. Depends on the situation. It would be nice though if more women addressed it in a non-threatening way - meaning represented women's issues in a way that showed fair-mindedness and a desire to do what is best for ALL people.

you recognize, maximum females persons have a father (certainly, ALL women persons have a father), and a few have brothers, husbands and sons. Why would any lady be on the realm of an anti-male, hetero-phobic, bigoted hate group which incorporate modern-day feminism? How ought to she look her father interior the attention and tell him that he grow to be her "oppressor" because of the fact he bought her foodstuff, clothing, safeguard, and faculty training? mockingly, who do you think of paid the school so as that his daughter ought to take the guy bashing "gender study" direction interior the 1st place? curiously that maximum females persons are actually not "anti-feminist" because of the fact they decide for to be on the sturdy area of "misogynists"; they only decide for to help, instead of attack, the persons who they care approximately, whether a number of those human beings only take place to be male. in assessment to you, you ingrate. ==edit== I only clicked on the hyperlink. It grow to be of course meant to be a scarastic attempt at humor. only an fool would think of that he grow to be extreme. I certainly have been talked approximately as worse issues via women persons (and men too). If somebody calling you a fat @$$ grow to be the worst element which you had to bear, then of course you have lived a sheltered and privileged existence.
