If not add/remove programs, and if not in the Start/Programs/whatever-the-game-as-listed-as "uninstall", then you should reinstall the game, then uninstall it. Best clean way to do it.

Otherwise, delete the folder (very last option) and live with the bits a pieces of the game left behind.

To remove any program you have two choices.
If all files and registries is OK you can remove program
like this: Go to Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Program. Choose your Game name and click Remove button.
But if something happend with Game program or registires you cannot remove program like this method.
Another way is :
1. Removing Registries and than folder.
To remove registries without buying any additional software
go to Start->Run..., type in textbox(Open:) regedit
and click OK.
Now you are in Registry Editor.
Click on Edit tab and choose Find...
Type in Find what... name of your Game(or project or both).
Find next to find any instance of that name and each instance
delete(right click->delete).
2. To remove folder open Program Files and delete folder with your Game name.
Restart computer.
I use this technic every time if I cannot delete program with common way.

If it is not on the uninstall list you can go into your program files directory and delete the folder directly. C:\Program Files

If you want to clean up the registry, because windows will still think the program is installed use a program like ccleaner or norton.
