Kind of funny how you people run around with blinders on. There are people who are pro-abortion.

A few years ago, a good friend and his wife went into a Planned Parenthood center. They wanted to start having kids and went in based on the commercials PP was running at the time offering finance counseling and help in choosing a doctor. My friend's wife thought she was pregnant at the time. Turns out it was a false positive on the test. They didn't find that until later.

At the time, they lived in Dallas, TX. Combined income was around $90k / yr. Both had pretty good jobs. They weren't in debt. Two cars but only one car loan to pay off. They were living comfortably.

They spent five hours in the center. Eventually they left in disgust. The "counselor" kept telling them they couldn't afford a baby, couldn't afford a family. That her only choices were adoption or abortion. The "counselor" told them that adoption was immoral because it caused way too much stress on the child and locked the child into a life of hardship. So in reality, their only choice was an abortion. The "counselor" wouldn't stop pushing abortion, despite the fact that my friend and his wife had made it clear they were having the baby.

That was the day they become conservatives.

As for Hillary's baby bond. She's already dropped it, ot least swept in under the rug. Her latest is a $1000 bond for everybody in the country.

This is a pretty hot topic, but I'll answer anyway. I think it's word play to state that there's a difference between "pro-abortion" and "pro-choice". It seems to me that one can't be for and against something at the same time, and this is why the term "pro-choice" has no meaning. Here's what I mean: Everyone is pro-choice. I don't think any reasonable person would claim that a woman doesn't have a right to do with her body what she pleases. It's a question of timing. In today's day and age, if you don't want to have a baby - don't have one. Get sterilised, or don't have sex. Figure out what causes pregnancy and avoid it or protect against it. The real problem is that many women want to have an abortion after they become pregnant. It's kind of like running a red light, getting caught, and then explaining to the officer that you're really pro-choice, not pro-running red lights, and somehow that should let you off the hook. Women do have the choice, it's when they decide to act on that choice that causes the problem. I'm not talking about incest or rape - these cases are less than 1% of abortions in this country, and are used by those that have no problem with abortion as a smoke screen. I'm talking about the over 98% of abortions being performed in this country every year as a form of birth control. As far as Clinton and Obama? They simply don't have the guts to tell women (and men) that there often comes a time to accept responsibility for ones actions. Today we know (at least those that have received greater than a third grade education) that a baby is more than a "fetus" or blob of jelly developing in the womb. Intentinal abortion performed as a method of birth control is murder, and if you have one for that reason, you're necessarily "pro-abortion." Why else would you do something that you're not in favor of? Everyone is pro-choice - it's just a matter of when you choose to exercise that choice that matters. By the way - believing in God has nothing to do with it. Satan believes in God - but he's still Satan.

There's no such thing as "pro-abortion." It's pro-choice, as in, the decision rests with a woman, her doctor, and whatever higher power she worships (if she does). The pro-choice movement believes every child should be a wanted child. They also believe in preventing unwanted pregnancies to reduce the abortion rate--you know, contraceptives.

You are mixing apples and oranges. Hillary just wants to keep abortion legal. She is not encouraging ANYONE to have an abortion.

That decision would be a private one between a woman and her doctor. Remember that? privacy? nose out of others biz????

There would be less abortions, saving lives and helping new families. Canada has a similar program which works very well.

I know it would cause an outrage down south.

Good question. But anyone with a brain realizes that this is bs. It will never happen. When she speaks she has the "Al Gore invented the Internet" moments occasionally....

Perhaps it will give those who find them selves facing this dilemma , a glimmer of hope, and will decide to have the baby, but I guess you are against that to.

There is no such thing as pro-abortion.

Pro-choice is letting the individual decide what to do with their own body not the Government.

You want smaller Government, you want Government not to interfere with people's lives, yet you want Government to step in with this and gay marriage.

How hypocritical of you.
