I would suggest you to start working at an animal shelter to get a feeling of how to care for animals. Assuming you were able to save up some money and build some experience, you can try to get a zookeeper job, which in turn could hopefully help your whole family to a house which is closer to your work.
Since you have so many doubts, it's best to take small steps and go on from there.

It's admirable that you want to take care of your family. You say you want to spoil them, but that will be more likely to happen if you get a college degree of some sort. You say you like taking care of animals, so maybe you could go to school for animal husbandry. I had a friend who did that once, though he didn't finish the program.
Vet school is another good career, especially if you have good grades. Though it maybe expensive upfront, you will pay it back several times over once you have your own practive. Since you can't find many zoos, maybe you could get a part time job at a vet's office and see how you like it.
I sense that guilt for leaving your family is holding you back. Don't let it. Although their fate is unfortunate, if you don't get an education, you will be tied to them forever and never get a career or family of your own. I'm sure that your mom loves you and wants you to succeed. You will never reach your full potential as long as you are sharing co-responsibility for your father's actions. You need to escape from this environment to learn and grow. You are obviously terrified, because I bet you had a very insular family life without much socialization. College will give you social opportunities and improve your social skills. You may struggle with your reluctance to be around people for the rest of your life, but college can help make a dent in the wall.
If financial concerns are a problem, why don't you try a community college and transfer once you have an associate's? Community college is relatively inexpensive, and you could live at home. If you make good grades there, you'll also increase your chances of getting scholarships. In state schools usually offer lots of merit scholarships to their residents, so there are ways to make it work. I wish you the best.

If you care about animals, why would you want to be in charge of a zoo, where wild animals are held in captivity??
I'm sorry about your home life. I'm not very much of a people person, either. But you need to get over your guilt about leaving. An extra person being there isn't going to solve your family's problems. At some point, people need to help themselves, and maybe they will be able to see that more clearly when you're gone.
If you move to a larger city, with UPS, they pay for college as long as you work there. I live in Louisville, KY, and that's what my boyfriend does. Good money, health benefits, plus college is covered. I'm going to college and law school to defend animal rights, maybe you could do that.
Maybe you could get a job with a local animal shelter?
I hope you find your way.

The best way you could possibly help your family would be for you to move out, to get a job, and to become independent. You'd then be in more of a position to help them.
You say you're a senior in college, but you didn't mention what you'd majored in, so I can't give you advice on a specific direction to look in. But I'd like you to have an experience that teaches you self confidence, self assurance, and which provides a steady paycheck. So, with that in mind, this may seem strange, but I wonder if you'd be interested in joining the military? These jobs and experiences would give you a huge amount of self confidence, a steady paycheck, and the types of experience that you could build upon with future employers.

you said you can't afford to go to college and then you said you're a senior in college? what the hell? why don't you try to get a job as a vet assistant? you don't even need to go to school for that but you'll only make minimum wage and you'll be mopping floors.

You say you're a senior in college yet you say "even if I wanted to go to college, we couldn't afford it." What gives? What are you really asking and why did you tell us a lie?
