NO!! In preparation for the uterus to accept a fertilized egg, it fills with blood to provide a good environment for the fetus to grow. When the egg drops down and it is not fertilized all that blood is released...which is what the "period" is.

No, your brain is located in her head. Her uterus is located there and that is what comes out. Its blood, from the lining of the wall.

ha ha no. it's the emission of blood. it was stored in th uterine wall/ womb, just in case th egg she released became fertilized. the fertilized egg/ zygote would normally lodge into th wall of th uterus n receive its nutrients from the blood so that it could grow into a foetus. since the egg wasn't fertilized, the blood is 'flushed out' so fresh blood can be stored for the egg that would be released a couple weeks after her period.
