They are getting more desperate because they know that people like O'Reilly, Hannity, Coulter, Rush, GW Bush and Cheney are making being a conservative look as radical as radical can be in the United States and the masses are rejecting them!
They are losing their fundamentalist grip on this government FINALLY!

As the election grows nearer and their honky talking heads fall further and further behind in the poles, they are indeed desperate. Add to that the continuing decline of their Fearless Leader......
One would hope they would just go hide under a rock until the next mid-term....

I think they're testing their rhetoric for the next election cycle.
If they get roundly vilified for a stupid piece of propaganda, they scrap it.
If they fool a few people, it's a keeper for the swiftboaters to use later.

I know there are a few intelligent conservatives out there (somewhere), but they do not hang out on YA, that's for sure. The kind YA gets are the illogical, testosterone-and-Twinkies-fueled, frustrated-because-Momma-didn't-love-me types.
