my question is...what restrictions would you place my body in? Gotta know that first before I can answer :)

DO NOT forget to take my allergy meds and my thyroid replacement (that's the one that keeps me alive!).
DO NOT do anything to hurt the disks in my neck or the one I had surgery on last year.
DO NOT do anything with it you wouldn't mind your Mom seeing.
After that-- have fun!

Wouldn't have to - the pain of being in my body would keep you from doing just about anything. 'Nuff said.
