Paracetemol is completely safe to take during pregnancy as long as you remain within the recommended dose. Basically, it is the only pain killer that doesn't cross the blood-placenta barrier, therefore your baby doesn't get any of it when you take it.

Of course you can take it. As long as you only take paracetamol and no other stronger painkillers, especially not ibuprofen. And only 2 at a time and no more that 6 in a 24hr period. It is the only painkiller recommended while pregnant. Infact I've just had 2 for a splitting headache and im 24 weeks pregnant. Hope you feel better :)

Yep my midwife and doctor told me taking Paracetamol was fine when i was pregnant,just consult your doctor if you need to take anything stronger x

Yes paracetamol is safe during pregnancy. You shouldn't be taking it all day every day but every so often is fine.

i took paracetamol whilst pregnant for my back so should be fine as my doctor told me i could take it if in doubt phone nhs direct

my daughter was told she could only take paracetamol as pain relief while pregnant. it was the same as when i was pregnant with her. as long as you dont over do it baby will be fine

yes you can take paracetamol but thats all as its the only safe one to take i know as ive had 3 children and one one the way so long as u dont take to many youll be fine

i am 13 weeks pergnant. and was told by my midwife and doc thst it is very safe to take paracetamol in pregnncy. they did say dont just take one thou take the right amount that is sez to take. hope that helps

if u havent had any worries or concerns or your doctor has told you to avoid it
than paracetomol is perfectly fine..
infact its one thing that pregnant woman can feel safe about taking
