The best B-Schools are in the US. TOEFL is required of anyone coming to one of those schools if English is not their first language. Therefore, TOEFL canbe helpful -- if you do well in it.

University and colleges require that you have a certain score in TOEFL to ensure they are getting students that have the requisite level of understanding the English language. This is true for any course of study.
