Managing anything has nothing to do with gender, is the will and initiative. Watch how women football is evolving. USA, Germany and Brazil have shown the will, with proper background, academies and support they too can achieve a lot in many male dominated sports

Of course women should coach football aka soccer allot of girls i know are better then allot of the guys i know and the girls played the guys in a high school pep rally and guess who kicked butt the girls won 25 - 0 so yeah that's like a basketball game XD: but yeah girls should be able to coach football aka soccer but yeah they might get allot of bad stuff said to them from the fans but i think girls would be better coaches then guys and I'm a guy so yeah lol

My cousins daughter is 14 and plays football, she`s a very good player. In years to come it would`nt surprise me if she became a manager.

I think my grandmother can manage the England team better, thats for sure. Most of the half decent managers are french, italian, spanish, dutch, german.... everything but english.

Come on be a bit reasonable. Im not saying no, Im just saying that it will be difficult. Most players are former street urchins or they had a difficult childhood. They are all burly men and honestly, ARE THEY GOING TO TAKE ORDERS FROM A WOMEN.

Good question.. As long as she was suitably qualified, I can't see a reason why she couldn't.
It would be interesing to see the reaction from other managers if they were to lose to her team.
